The Disconnect Retreat is a community based organization aimed at providing space for others to reflect, reset and recharge while creating mind-body-spirit connections without the presence of electronic devices. We bring people of all walks of life together to facilitate human interactions, both vulnerable and honest, while holding a space that allows for perspective shifts. Together, with the addition of local healers and teachers in the Texas area we grow.
