I founded Entertainment Caterers as a DBA in 1991, incorporated in 1998 and was licensed as a Florida State Talent Agency, License Number TA682 in 2001. At the end of 2020, in the aftermath of COVID-19 after just shy of 30 years in business, I made the incredibly difficult decision to voluntarily dissolve my corporation, Entertainment Caterers, Inc. DBA EC Model & Talent Agency... but like they say, "When one door closes, another opens"! After parlaying 20 years+ of expert talent recruitment and placement skills to bring you the most cost-effective resource for talent sourcing and securing local, regional, national and international professional performers, I have decided to venture out on my own as an Independent Event Producer. I will go on providing world class talent to the major theme parks in Orlando, the top casinos on the Las Vegas Strip and assorted venues coast to coast and abroad.
