York Carers Centre is a charity that helps unpaid carers in York, or who care for someone who lives in York, find the support they need. We support young carers (5 - 18), young adult carers (16 - 25) and adult carers. We have a specific service for substance misuse carers, and a dedicated benefits and advice worker. We offer 1-2-1 support and advice, social events, support groups, a Carers Emergency Card, a Carers Discount Card (for local businesses), and employment, education and training support.
