Rostelecom – Data Centres is a managing company of Rostelecom's Center of Expertise with regard to development of data centre services and infrastructure, cloud platforms that do not depend on import, traffic exchange services or CDN. RTC – DC offers for rent resources of a combined net of data centres of Rostelecom Group and creates private and hybrid cloud solutions for customers from the corporate and public sector. The multifunctional service platform RTC – DC is a result of the synergy of major providers of data transmission, storage and protection services as well as leasing virtual operation environment: • three neutral data centres with a total floor area of 34,000 m2 with delivered power of 30 МW; • integration with Rostelecom multiservice network having 350 access nodes with a total length of 500,000 kilometers and an aggregate capacity of 7.5 Тbps; • 9 traffic exchange points with a total daily load of more than 2 Тbps; • 20+ content delivery nodes with a total capacity of more than 500 Gbps; • own model of a cloud platform based on OpenStack open-source software.
