AFCL aims to provide a strong training platform to practicing transaction lawyers and in-house counsels which will enable them to connect legal principles to finance, thereby enhancing their business acumen and analytical skills. Our training programmes are designed to match lawyer’s practical needs and are adapted to real-world situations,rather than one-off seminars. We constantly review our training programmes and generate innovative content in line with the changing needs of the profession. We will continue in our pursuit to bridge the gap between academia and real-world transactional skills required by lawyers.
