It has been established in 2002 (as Insolvency Administration) according to the Law on Public Agencies, the Law on the Protection of Employees in the Event of the Insolvency of their Employer, the Insolvency Law and other regulations. The goal of the Insolvency Control Service is: 1. to implement the state’s policy in the field of insolvency proceedings - debtor’s legal protection proceedings, insolvency proceedings of a legal person and insolvency proceedings of a natural person. 2. to protect employees’ interests in the event of their employers insolvency proceedings. 3. to protect the state’s and public’s interests in the field of insolvency proceedings in accordance with current legislation.
