Educators are vital to Stronger With STEM’s mission — they prepare future scientists! We collaborate with elementary and middle schools in providing exciting, hands-on STEM experiences. We offer “at-your-site” educational initiatives specifically for K-8 students. The goal of Stronger With STEM is to generate enthusiasm among students and families for science and technology by giving them a chance to explore science together through hands-on activities. Thanks to funding from corporate partners, the Stronger With STEM organization is able to provide the resources and guidance to schools across the state of Florida that in turn provide the leadership, volunteers, and a venue to make their STEM event a success! Stronger With StEM provides complete STEM kits for participating elementary and middle schools. The kit includes a planning guide, 12 hands-on activities (with guides and instruction sheets), and the materials for up to 200 participants to perform the experiments and activities. The activities provided cover a range of science, technology, engineering, and math topics, are connected to innovation and businesses that exist in the state of Florida, and are designed to be engaging, hands-on, and just plain fun.
