Polydrill Engineers Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1978 by K. K. Ravindran and O.K. Varghese and was incorporated as a Company under Companies Act in 1985 for providing bulk handling services to companies engaged in oil drilling operations in India. The company emerged with multidisciplinary activities spanning the fields of design, fabrication, erection, operation and maintenance services in Oil Drilling, Petrochemicals, Steel and Cement Industries, specialising in Pneumatic Bulk Handling Equipments. The company entered the rental business in 1990, a move that would dramatically reshape the company and revolutionise bulk handling operations of oil drilling industry as a rental services, by providing full range of equipment along with operational services to customers. Polydrill was the Industry Pioneer in introducing Bulk Handling Services on hire in India. Subsequently the rental business has also been extended to include equipments and services for cementing and grouting operations. Today Polydrill is the largest Service Provider for renting of Equipments and Services related to Bulk Handling Operations, Cementing & Grouting Services for oil drilling industry in India with more than 30+ customers. The company has more than 20+sites across India including bulk storing and handling facility at Victoria Dock, Mumbai employing approximately 300+ personnel.
