Vinccler Oil and Gas is a fully owned subsidiary of Petrofalcon, a Canadia Oil and Gas publicly hel company dedicated to hydrocarbon production and exploration in Venezuela. Currently participates in two joint ventures with PDVSA: PetroCumarebo in Falcon state and Baripetrol in Zulia state. The company is listed in the Toronto Stock Exchange and is owned partially by Lundin Petroleum, Vinccler Construction, management and other private investors.
