Riaz Capital is a development and asset management company, focused on addressing the changing housing needs of the urban workforce in the San Francisco Bay Area. We create stylish and functional homes that meet the needs and budgets of the middle-income workforce segment - a group that is greatly underserved by current housing supply. Our principals have been successfully operating in the Bay Area since 1977. Currently, we own and operate ~1,500 units with building sizes ranging from 6-140 units and are in development on another ~1,700 new units.
