The ExecTrack Academy (ETA), delivers international development programs for women, to address both leadership challenges and personal dilemmas, whilst building competency and resilience required to succeed in corporate life. Our services include: ETA Masterclasses Interactive & thought provoking one day masterclasses led by our impressive Academy faculty, focusing on topics relevant to women in business today. ETA Coaching Services Individual and team coaching sessions by certified international coaches, who have also secured a successful track record in corporate life. Coaching Skills Workshops, dedicated to developing leaders in the art of engagement & trust. Launch – Spring 2019 ETA Leadership Program A 9 month program for up to 15 high potential women, based on 4 building blocks – Insight, Coaching, Masterclasses and a Community Platform. The program is designed also to stimulate networking and shared experiences. Kicks off in october 2019!
