We are a privately-held real estate investment and operating company focused on acquiring, repositioning, managing and developing urban-centric assets. We employ a value-orientated approach to identify assets that generate strong cash-flow as well as capital appreciation. We target assets that offer opportunities to capitalize on market conditions, economic cycles, operating inefficiencies and evolving community needs. Our strategy concentrates on multi-family and flex/industrial as well as parking assets. Our efforts are focused on the Northeast market, and select South Eastern markets specifically those that show strong economic activity and population growth.
