Our team, lead by owner and practitioner, Marc Werner, is dedicate to providing patients with the newest technology solutions with the goal of returning the patient to their previous lifestyle. From pediatrics to geriatrics, from the bride on her way down the aisle to the biker ready to hit the road, our mission is to provide personalized care that will take you where you want to go. There is no limit to our dedication and mission; we have even worked with veterinarians to provide orthotic bracing and prosthetics for dogs. Hospitals & Skilled Nursing Facilities Staff Appointments Our practice has privileges at most area hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in Suffolk County. We’ve also been known to provide home visits on occasion and when necessary. Continuing Education Offerings, Grants & Research Not only are we interested in taking care of our patients but are also involved in educating medical professionals and students. Marc Werner is involved with several large studies focusing on the development of cutting -edge prosthetic and orthotic technology. Long Island O&P offers a series of Continuing Education courses for Physical Therapists. Volunteering At Long Island O&P we give back to our community including our involvement with the Amp1 Basketball Team. Our team volunteer services these athletes when they play throughout the country.
