We consistently provide relevant services that holistically address the issues facing each Family Recovery Program family dealing with substance abuse. Success is permanent placement for the children of FRP families. As the first program under the Maryland Opportunity Compact, we save the state of Maryland money that would otherwise be spent on out-of-home placement for children. We know as the FRP is successful, so are the children and families of Baltimore.
