Olfactory Virtual Reality (OVR) emerged from the urgent need for powerful new approaches to cognitive therapy that combines olfactory engineering with today’s cutting-edge virtual reality technology to deliver powerful real-world benefits. To meet this need, we have brought together an alliance of researchers, practitioners, and technologists using scent to stimulate and access memory in ways that transform cognition, emotion and behavioral responses. We are: sensory scientists, technologists, programmers, artists, and entrepreneurs.
