Once all required information is gathered, Stratkens does a detailed study and prepares an initial draft of the Strategy to cover all gaps and with an objective of giving a fresh stimulus to the organization to achieve its long term goals and objectives. This may include redefining the Business Strategy, Branding Strategy and Operations Strategy. It will also include setting up more effective and well defined SOPs and KPIs, changes in MIS and technologies used and the like. With the approval of the Management, Stratkens presents the final Strategy & Operations Planning document to the team for implementation. From this, Stratkens will hold hands and support the management in effective implementation, guide the Top Management in monitoring the progress, and also present Monthly Progress Reports.
