At first we have to see a place that is self sustainable, can be home for like minded people collaborating to create opportunities. Sustainable measures such as earning through agro related businesses in whatever capacities, a technical workshop enabled to provide support to artist and designers, and resource centre to provide necessary grooming to all the associates. The later phase that is more more precise vision of what this land will be finally be transforming into. There will be a model of education where opportunities for facilitators, innovators, industry professionals will utilised to groom (1) local residents with their existing skills (2) children interested in a education which is rather vocational in nature, (3) and also for gifted creative individuals who wishes to turn it into any professionally viable career options. Philosophical idea is to utilise vernacular resources; be it material, human resources and skillset of individuals and turning it into pool of opportunities while staying connected to the roots by finding local solutions. These success stories must be moulded in narratives that will be told to other through modern media and conventional means of representation.
