The LEAD Network (formerly known as Warwick Girl Boss Society), introduced in 2018 & officially established in October 2019, is an independent student-run organisation, a supportive and authentic community of ambitious individuals at Warwick University. Warwick Girl Boss is founded to inspire, empower and support students' professional and personal growth. We embrace authenticity in our weekly "Spilling The Tea" events, which provides a confidential, open-minded and safe environment for discussions related to important topics such as mental health, relationships and self-image.
