The Volunteer Center serves more than 1000 nonprofits with outreach projects, fundraising and training opportunities. We have engaged and mobilized over 9,000 volunteers in Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh (throughout the Triangle). Events include Thanksgiving programs and Share Your Christmas, providing families in need, meals and gifts throughout the holiday season each year, as well as our annual Great Human Race, a 5k Race/Walk providing Triangle nonprofits a way to raise money and awareness for their cause.
