Community Access Partners of San Buenaventura is a non-profit membership based organization that operates cable channels 6 and 15 in the City of Ventura. If you are a resident, employee or student within the city, CAPS Media provides you the opportunity to produce your own community programming. With the necessary training and access to technology, CAPS Media strives to involve the entire population of Ventura as producers and viewers.
