The Irish ProShare Association is a voluntary body comprised of like-minded individuals who are a passionate about employee ownership and employee financial involvement. The Association is governed by an Executive Council which draws its expertise from the legal, accountancy, and financial professions as well as those who work day in day out managing share options schemes for both private and public companies operating in Ireland.
