Our Ideal Client: An on-trade establishment, hotels, bars, restaurants, pubs, with six or more front-of-house employees or employees somehow involved in the food and wine service aspect of the business. One that is keen to improve the customer service by investing in their staff, by spending the time and money on training them in wine service and product knowledge. One that would be prepared to invest around £100 per staff member to get them the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines, to give them the confidence to recommend wines and food and wine matches to their customers.
