Libra Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1991, with its Italian sister company Libra Italia Srl. following in 2002. During 2019 Libra was acquired by Connor International thus becoming a full member of Connor Group. Libra’s operations spread across Hong Kong/Asia and Italy/Continental Europe. In Hong Kong, Libra Ltd. operates as a full service vendor, covering the entire supply chain: from (Asian) sourcing, to product development, manufacturing supervision and shipping / logistics. Clientele is made of mainly Italian and European brand owners. Libra’s product expertise includes Apparel, Bags, Accessories, Travel and Outdoor Gear. Libra Italia’s Design Division adds contents to the chain by providing branding, product & packaging design services where clients so require. Libra Italia also acts as an Importer, providing importing, warehousing, invoicing and distribution services for clients across Europe. With its Home Division, Libra is also active the field of Furniture and Home Accessories’ sourcing from Italy and Eastern European countries. Similarly to Libra Ltd., Libra Italia operates preferentially as a full service vendor. Whilst being a member of Connor Group, Libra retains its own distinct management team as well as its full service vendor business model.
