To that end, we’ve developed patent-pending 3D tools, footwear customization materials, and integrated physical-to-digital processes which enable customers to have perfectly fitting footwear crafted locally and additional pairs ordered online to provide the same custom fit. OUR PRODUCTS. We currently offer 2 lines of fully custom insoles: Flash, optimized for agile sports, and Force, which provides lasting comfort in endurance activities. With their streamlined fitting process and superior performance, Zero G insoles are preferred by retailers and wearers alike, boasting the highest combined sales volume and the lowest return rates of all mass custom insoles since 2014. OUR TEAM. Founded in 2014 by veterans of the sporting goods industry, Patrik Louko and Antti-Jussi Ahponen, Zero G is guided by experienced sportswear entrepreneurs and hands-on innovators. All 10 of Zero G’s employees bring advanced technical, sales, logistics, communications or sportswear experience, ensuring the company stays small yet effective with only active contributors. OUR WAY: ACHIEVEMENTS AND GOALS. In its first 2 years of operation, Zero G filed 4 patents, opened offices in 3 continents, acquired key U.S. customers, and sold nearly 1 million units. Pursuing our goal of providing custom wear globally, we will acquire key retail partners in Europe, Asia, and Australia in 2019, and will continue to advance the technology and processes that enable footwear to be customized locally and ordered digitally.
