Railway Housing Association owns 1,500 rented homes located within 24 local authority areas, mainly in the North East and Yorkshire/Humberside areas of England. This wide geographical spread means one of our biggest challenges is to ensure we provide an equitable and fair service to all, and establishing a presence within each local community. In addition the Association manages 73 units of leasehold accommodation for older people. The areas in which the Association has a significant presence are Doncaster, York, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle, Durham County and Tees Valley. Our core business is the provision of affordable accommodation and a management and maintenance service to residents.
