Bynum Fanyo Utilities, Inc. was established in 1995 to provide clients with responsible and professional water and wastewater operations management. We employ certified operators and support personnel who operate water plants, water systems, waste water plants and sewer systems throughout the state of Indiana. We enjoy our working relationship with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), for which we have assumed the responsibility of reorganizing systems with a history of poor compliance records.
