Spyglass Property Inspections has been inspecting properties in the Chicago area since 2007. The company’s founder, RYAN FOLEY, has an extensive knowledge base and experience in several areas of construction, remodeling and inspections, including property inspections, mold testing, and radon testing. Ryan has personally performed over 800 inspections and has held his property inspections license since 2007. Ryan is a Chicago area native, born in Arlington Heights, has lived in the city of Chicago and has called Palatine home for the past several years.
