January 1, 2017 was the start of a new concept in orthopedic care in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Four physicians, each with over 25 years of private practice experience, are joined to form Premier Orthopedic Specialists of Tulsa. Alan Lewis, M.D., Rodney Plaster, M.D., James Cash, M.D. and James Bischoff, M.D. are board certified orthopedic surgeons with sub-specialty fellowship training in a variety of areas beyond general orthopedics. We have observed the practice of medicine become so challenging, that many of their patients are overwhelmed by the red tape imposed by the insurers, the government, and sometimes even by the physicians. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date and personal specialty orthopedic care to their patients in a more friendly, efficient, and economical environment than the high volume, impersonal model, which as all-too-often become the norm of specialty care today.
