Improve patient health outcomes using a more individualized approach to disease identification, drug selection, and therapy monitoring. These goals are shared by all stakeholders trying to navigate a complex regulatory, scientific, and business environment to facilitate introduction of novel diagnostics. The promise of personalized medicine is dependent on the many benefits expected from companion diagnostics, including their ability to identify potential responders to a targeted drug, to identify individuals at risk of adverse events, and/or to provide a means to monitor response to drugs. We work with each client to develop a plan for their diagnostic. These elements include assessment of where their diagnostic is on the New Test Adoption Curve, custom plan development to enable their diagnostic to evolve through early development into the test acceptance phase and assistance with execution of the custom diagnostic development plan.
