Umpqua Community Property Management (UCPM) was established in 2007 to better serve the residents of properties developed and owned by the Oregon nonprofit, NeighborWorks Umpqua. NeighborWorks Umpqua was established in 1991 to create and sustain affordable housing opportunities in Douglas, Lane, Coos, Curry, Josephine, and Jackson County in Oregon. UCPM is a strategic property management partner that helps fulfill NeighborWorks Umpqua mission of promoting opportunity for all. NeighborWorks Umpqua continues to develop, build, and rehab affordable housing.
