Launch Training and Development’s mission is to provide quality hands on services in a professional, timely, culturally relevant, and linguistically appropriate way to individuals with disabilities within our community. Our company was founded in 2019 by a Mom on a mission to build an organization and program that she would be proud to have her own child receive services from. Upon receiving her own daughter’s diagnosis and 504 plan many years ago she began to research the resources available to her and in that process networked and connected with a number of individuals who inspired the creation of Launch Training and Development. From its inception, Launch Training and Development has set out to be a change maker/disruptor in the industry by raising the bar for other professionals and their selves. We value exceptional service and are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through our work.
