UNSW Real Estate Society (RealSoc), first established in 2014, was created to bridge the gap between students and employers with a background in property, as our founders felt there weren't any student organisations that truly captured the significance of real estate in prominent fields such as finance, law, and engineering. Being the only student society in NSW with an explicit focus on property, Realsoc seeks to educate students about the residential and commercial aspects of the industry, alongside promoting any respective opportunities present within the sector. We are officially affiliated with the UNSW Business School, which offers a Real Estate Studies major, and are supported by the student-life organisation, Arc.
