In early 2020, I founded Art Well 4 Life to help women de-stress, rediscover their passion and purpose, and chart a new path into a sparkly next chapter of life. My coaching packages, classes, and workshops offer a subtle combination of sophistication, simplicity, rigor and playfulness with a blend of artistic techniques, mindfulness practices and neuroscience findings. I have a life-long passion for helping people explore their creativity and utilize easy art and wellness activities to open their creativity and move towards their authentic selves. With over 30 years of experience in the fields of art, art history, and museum teaching, I have expertise in blending modalities to create innovative, award-winning programs tailored to specific audiences.
