Green Energy Management Services Limited (GEMS) is a Private Limited Company established in August 2010 under the Joint Stocks Companies Act 1994. It is a 100% foreign direct investment made by ACME Tele Power (Mauritius) Limited. The core objective of GEMS is to contribute to the growing need for safer, reliable, cost-effective and eco-friendly energy solutions in telecom networks in Bangladesh, as well as a greener carbon free world in the future. GEMS provides a complete range of services from site acquisition, complete site build out – CME works, RF and microwave planning, installation, commission, operations and life-cycle maintenance of all power, cooling, site infrastructure including the energy management elements. Energy management services will be core energy efficient technology modules designed patented and built by ACME as well as third party providers as applicable.
