Our focus is to provide frameworks and structure in order to solve business problems in the short term and sustainably into the future. Córla is involved in profitability planning, cashflow optimisation, business plan reviews and guidance, strategy and other CFO services, either on a project basis or on a fractional (Part-Time) basis.
