Your message will get across to its recipient(s) in time through the right channel. When it comes to communicating with your clients, CIP is here to help: we take care of printing, inserting and dispatching your documents, such as salary slips, invoices, announcements, reminders and other documents. Alternatively, your documents can be e-mailed as attachments to your correspondents, or access to their individual documents can be granted via a secure web portal respecting your corporate ID. Our services make you save time and energy while increasing productivity, offering you complete peace of mind. B) We take care of your documents We offer long term, secure, online access to your scanned documents on our servers, as well as physical archiving services of your originals. When it comes to scanning documents, CIP is here to help: Originals are scanned on your behalf to PDF or TIFF files. The later are stored together with relevant meta data (customer IDs, dates, subject, document type, …) on our servers for you to access through a secure web portal. Finding the relevant documents is made easy by way of pre-configured views (new documents, overdue documents, …) as well as advanced search functions. Original documents are securely stored on our premises and can be retrieved if needed.
