Tronvig is a boutique brand strategy and management consulting firm based in Industry City, Brooklyn. For the past 24 years, Tronvig has worked with organizations large and small across the cultural, nonprofit, and commercial sectors, helping clients find and clarify a strategic position that allows them to differentiate themselves from the competition. We do this using a set of time-tested tools that have been developed and refined over the years. In order to be effective, organizational brands must be tied to strategy and be supported by the most deeply held convictions of an organization—its Core Values. The brand promise an organization makes must resonate not only with the audience it seeks to reach but also with all internal stakeholders who have a responsibility to deliver on promises made. A brand strategy must therefore operate 360 with equal emphasis and effort applied internally and externally. Strategy demands a meaningfully differentiated position in the marketplace, though this alone does not guarantee success. The second, harder part is to support the strategy through operational behavior. This is often the weakest link in branding work.
