Werkbank is a small, owner-operated digital media agency located at the heart of the Ruhr River Basin industrial region. We draw on more than 20 years of experience in conceptualising and developing software, apps and websites for prominent brands as well as medium-sized companies and major corporations throughout Europe. Focal points of our work include digitalising workflows and conceptualising and producing extremely large-scale CMS-based websites with special security demands. We prefer to use open-source software, and we also actively contribute to its further development. Our favourite tools are Python, Javascript, Django, Plone and Elixir. Our team has grown to include 21 staff members and a large pool of freelancers. And we’re always on the lookout for bright new talents to join our team.
