As you see, my name is Penny , just a little coin in my company. I am not talking about myself now, I want to talk about my boss, Anda, who  is always inspiring us to be kind caring and harding working. 20 year ago, Anda came to shenzhen LJPCB factory as a PCB worker, and it was really a booming time of PCB business. People had no email to contact, you went to any factory asking if they wanted PCB, they would even invite you to VIP room to ask you to produce PCB for them. Anda was so busy, worked over 350 hours per week. No holiday no leave. But one exception, he talked to boss for the evening before New Year, I know I  have no holiday for this new year but I wanted to buy some snacks for this midnight. Boss said yes but impressed with this shy hardworking boy. After year, wokers came and went, came and went, business boomed and stagnated, only stubborn Anda keeps staying here. He always says if old generation worked in factory to bring you worked in office ,all the suffer deserves and worthy.  Anda is a man with big kind heart. I used to be a lazy girl when met Anda, he never judge me just said come to us. But with days passing by , I became more serious with this career,  I want to stay and meet new people all around the world. Now Anda became the one inspiring us hardworking hardworking hardworking for new changes to  help the world for any possible intelligence system, even though he never asked us to be.
