State organization for Maryland's 15 local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs serving children under the protection of the courts due to abuse and neglect. CASA programs recruit, train and supervise volunteers who are appointed by the court to serve as advocates for victims of child abuse and neglect. Our goal is to ensure every child his/her right to grow up in a safe and permanent home.
