Piramal School of Leadership (PSL) is a change management organization working in the field of education. Its engagement primarily lies with state education bodies in order to strengthen existing systems through re-engineering processes, incorporating technology and building capabilities of education system officials. PSL started its intervention in 2008 with a focus on improving learning outcomes in public schools in India by supporting Public Education System Leaders to cause self and systemic behaviour change.
