Our founders are both Chartered Surveyors who both hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, a Master’s degree in Construction Law and are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. They bring with them 40 years combined experience of working in the Construction Industry for contractors, consultancies and developers alike on a wide variety of projects and market sectors in countries spanning the globe. The founders at Eye Recruitment are able to put themselves in our client’s shoes because of the simple fact that they have been in the same position and were unable to get people from the recruitment industry who truly understand what its all about and it's not as simple as keyword searching a CV.
