Founded in 2020, King's Alumni Angels is a community that are interested in the intersection of venture investment, entrepreneurship and research. We are King's College London alumni and Friends of King's, and our members are entrepreneurs, senior business executives, and investors with a global reach. King's Alumni Angels members seek to add value 'beyond the deal' and actively provide mentoring and assistance to young and growth companies. We are enthusiastic about entrepreneurs and passionate about teams pursuing innovation. Through a global membership and the King's alumni community, the organization has a network and close relationships with venture capital funds, other angel networks, and innovation ecosystems worldwide to cultivate the growth of start-ups. King's Alumni Angels Capital participates most often in seed and Series A/B investments and does not focus on specific verticals or industries. King's is a powerhouse for innovation in healthcare, technology and culture. Ranked globally as the best in health sciences (dentistry, medicine and nursing), social sciences (war studies, theology, arts, media, music), law, engineering and business, King's is a member of the golden triangle of universities with the third largest endowment after Oxbridge, and £233.2m per annum of research funding that contributed to achieving our top 10 global position in societal impact.
