Annie’s T Cakes is a Chinese bakery selling vegan baked goods and snacks with a mission to create a more just and sustainable food system. We've started this journey with the internationally beloved pineapple cake made right out of Annie's kitchen in Oakland! Annie’s T Cakes pineapple cakes are plant based, gluten free, and upcycled. Working with the belief that companies have a duty to positively contribute to society, a percentage of all profits will go towards community groups organizing towards a more just and sustainable food system. Annie's T Cakes will also highlight the important work of individuals and organizations in communities working in their local food spaces.
