The Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) was established in 2000 as the U.S. Department of Defense’s Regional Center for security professionals and leaders from North Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. With an alumni network of more than 10,000 security professionals from 120 nations, the NESA Center is a security partner of choice for engagement, education, and outreach.
