SCRAPS is a progressive, open admission shelter. Each year we care for over 10,000 homeless, abused and abandoned animals in Spokane County, Washington. SCRAPS' mission is to build a more humane community, protect public safety and ensure animal welfare through compassionate, responsive, professional enforcement of laws and public policy. SCRAPS is the only animal welfare protection agency in Spokane County.
