My Fit Foods was founded in 2018 to help provide a place to eat where the food is tasty, healthy, and affordable. We are all about helping people reach their health/fitness goals. All our employees are trained to give you personalized calorie/meal recommendations based on our free in-house in-body machines. We also have nutrition coaches at the ready for clients that need more accountability and guidance to reach their goals. At the end of the day, our mission is making being healthy simpler, easier, and delicious.
