A digital trade hub allows you to become the Alibaba, Amazon or eBay of your country within the framework of a public-private partnership. The Digital Trade Hub of Azerbaijan, a project initiated by presidential decree in early 2017 to strengthen the country's leading position in the region. The DTH will enable foreign and local businesses to prepare and electronically sign import/export documents and other agreements as well as access e-services. Measures have been set with various countries to achieve mutual recognition of e-signatures, which will facilitate e-commerce transactions carried out by entrepreneurs. The Digital Trade Hub (DTH) of Azerbaijan offers a wide range of services for regional economic and trade facilitation. 1.It is the first e-trade and e-commerce portal guaranteed by the government. All transactions are legally binding according to DTH partner country legislation. 2. One of the unique attributes of the DTH is its arrangement based on the public–private partnership principle and corporate governance standards. Private companies are involved in the development of the platform and in building cross-border e-services. 3. It uses the latest technology: blockchain, M2M, SIM card-based mobile identity, PKI. 4. The DTH is integrated with global e-commerce players like Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc. It offers useful cross-border e-services including B2B and B2G services, customs operations between DTH partner countries, online company registration, online bank accounts and more. 5. New regional digital single market for Silk Road, for GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova) and cross-border e-services with EU courtiers. Strong cooperation developing between mResidency in Azerbaijan and eResidency in Estonia. Validation scheme of e-signatures between DTH partner countries following the eIDAS standard. 6. Single window for SME (PPP) providing all necessary international standards (certificates, financial transactions, etc.).
