Notre Dame Health System, a ministry of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, provides elderly care services including home care, independent care, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, memory care, home health and hospice care. Services promote the care of individuals who are elderly or in need of assistance as they navigate life’s journey, whether they remain in home or transition to one of the three residential communities.
