Digitoll Smart Infrastructure is a privately held company that enters the Bulgarian market in 2019 as a National Service Provider (NSD), licensed by the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) for electronic collection of tolls - vignettes and tolls. We are driven by the desire to be innovative, to offer a wide range of flexible digital solutions for the transportation industry and build a next generation tolling service.
